David joined DESCCO in 1992, bringing to the company both his Vo-Tech training in carpentry and the experience he gained from running his own construction company.
His standard of quality is high, and his feeling is that the work has to be done right the first time. He can take a job from blueprints through concrete finishing, working side by side with his crew, and David’s talent for multi-tasking ensures that his jobs run efficiently.
His feeling that DESCCO is a good place to work is proven by the employees’ length of stay, many of whom have ten or more years of history with the company. And, as David says, you don’t see that often in the construction industry.
