John’s dad was an excavator, and John has been around heavy equipment as long as he can remember.
John started as an equipment operator for DESCCO in 1989. Today, in his position as Excavating Foreman, he oversees site development of a wide range of projects, from sewage treatment plants to bridges and road projects. He supervises a crew and also operates the equipment.
As one of the best pipefitters in the business, John has applied his unique talent to countless miles of underground piping in DESCCO’s roadwork, sewers, and water lines.
