Nick worked in the field for DESCCO before and during his college years. After he graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, he spent two years as a project engineer for a large national construction management firm.
In 1999, Nick returned to the family business. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and handles estimating, engineering, project management, scheduling, and cost control.
He believes in the corporate philosophy of controlling costs by employing qualified people who consistently deliver quality work, eliminating the need to redo substandard work.
