It's a philosophy that Tim has taken to heart. He’s proud of the many lasting relationships that he has built, and can cite numerous projects that DESCCO has handled for repeat customers who instinctively call him when a new project arises.

Tim joined DESCCO in 1980 as a carpenter, and quickly advanced to field foreman, then Project Coordinator of residential construction. As Vice President, he worked side by side with Dwight Stoltzfus, DESCCO's founder. Tim has recently been named President of the company. Not only does Tim go out of his way for his customers, but he knows that his crews will do the same. It’s his way of building for tomorrow.
